Our topic will be Delirium in the ICU; a webinar hosted by the France Foundation in partnership with Vanderbuilt University. A Q+A will follow the meeting with a faculty member from Vanderbuilt.

We will have an educational session on the uses of procalcitonin in the treatment of sepsis

Baxter Healthcare cordially invites you to participate in a BREVIBLOC Dinner Meeting on May 13th at 7P.

The meeting will be held at Perry’s Steakhouse and an RSVP is required to attend. Please call 281-970-5999 in order to reserve a seat.

Our speaker will be Dr. Joseph Varon, MD, FCCP, FCCP, FCCM, Clinical Professor of Medicine and Professor of Acute and Continuing Care at
The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Varon will discuss the Importance of hemodynamic control and the role of short-acting beta blockade.

Our speaker will be Miranda Kelly, RN, ACNP-BC who will cover the topic of xray interpretation for the bedside nurse

Please join us for our first meeting of the year.

Thursday, January 14th at 5p we will gather at Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. Our scheduled speaker will address rapid response teams; how to start one, and how to improve the ones you have.

Food will be served, and our chapter meeting will take place after the speaker. We invite all interested nurses and respiratory therapists to attend this informative event.
